Like so many others, I was impressed by Lorraine's professionalism, communication, attention to detail, but most of all by her responsiveness!! Late Monday, March 3 we were informed of a tragedy and passing of someone close to our son. Saved by the bell!!! I live in Texas and was trying to get a Peace Lilly to a relative for the passing of her mom. This was my 3rd florist the previous two gladly accepted my money then e-mailed that they were not able to deliver to the said address and one did not have the flower requested. This Florist was also out of the Peace Lilly and her vendor was not coming till Monday. She went above and beyond and drove to a nursey and got the plant requested. She will forever have my business!
