We had a really bad experience with this dentist and have come to realize that much of the work done on our little girl was not necessary. The dentist made a bad diagnosis to begin with, saying that a molar was abscessing, and used scare tactics to get us to agree to a major tooth extraction under general anesthesia when it was not necessary. I love this Dentist office and so does my two boys. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I love the atmosphere. Really helps the kids feel relaxed and not scared. It’s very cozy and comfortable. We definitely found a great dentist.
I have taken my son here every 6 months from the ages of 2-4 years old. Front desk staff and assistants are great, no issues there. The dentist, however, spent no time trying to make my child feel safe or explain what to expect in a manner he can understand. He went straight to the procedure and expected a 4 year old to just trust him, lay back, and let a stranger dig around in his mouth.
