My daughter and I are always greeted with a smile when we walk in for her appointment. I would refer Dr. Wilkerson to anyone looking for a great dentist for their kids!
The staff made our experience pleasant. Everything was explained to her before they did anything and overall it was very easy!
Dr. Wilkerson and staff were awesome. From the kid friendly environment to the sweet receptionist to the dental assistants to the doctor, my daughter felt very welcomed and comfortable at her first appointment.
The doctor is very professional and the treatment was painless. He is informative, polite, skilled, has tremendous credentials. He is an extremely friendly guy. I would recommend him to others.
Dr Wilkerson is very arrogant, overpriced, and abusive to his staff !!!! Not sure what exactly to due since we are halfway through treatment. We have been going to his office for about 3 months and are in orthodontic treatment. I have seen a different assistant each time we have gone in. This last time we were informed very rudely by the Dr. that we were no longer allowed to go back with our daughter because we were incouraging her to be a big cry baby!!!!!!!!! He is rude and overcharges for services that are not even needed. He quoted over $8,000.00 to fix my daughters teeth. When I got the fees and asked if I could go back and see what the problems were. He wouldn't let me. He told me I wasn't allowed. He wanted to put a crown on almost every tooth. Then he started yelling at me and telling me I was a negligent mother. I recently took my children in for thier first dental visit and I could not be any happier! This is a very kid friendly place to be and the Dr was VERY informative! He was able to educate me on things I would have never known and I will now be able to teach my children the proper brushing techniques and GREAT hygiene habits. I highly recommend Dr Wilkersons office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
