Beth wasn't very supportive with our daughter. Was such a shame for her first visit in Ohio.

All staff are great! everyone is always welcoming me and kids with warm smile the foot you step In the door to the back of office everyone is kind and patient with my children specially by them being on the spectrum. It was hard to find a good dental office where they had patience and understanding. I love all of them and the dentist is great! Thank you so much for caring experience!
My Girlfriend waited over an hour after our sons appointment time. Unprofessional, what is the point of an appointment if you cant even hold up your end of the deal? Might as well just do walk ins instead at that point.
Unorganized- they checked me in but I sat for over an hour and a half. They did not have my son’s chart pulled up properly. They had a completely different child’s information pulled up. Nobody made any move to ask me why I was sitting for so long as I watched 6 other children get pulled back- two of which I’m certain were someone’s in the back because they were walking behind the counter.
