From the moment we walked in, I knew this was going to be my kid’s new dentist office. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely staff at the front desk and everything was clean and tidy which was a super bonus. Dr Brown was filling in at the Westlake location and was literal perfection along her dental assistant. They calmed my child’s nerves and explained everything they were using and everything they were going to do. They made him feel comfortable and safe. Love going to this place, they are a great team and helped out a lot with my son especially with his surgery. My son loves going to this place and we are going back.
My children look forward to coming here every 6 months. To say that about going to a dentist is more than a five star rating.
Heather is great! My daughter has terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but she talks to her with such patience and explains everything the entire time.
