Great Friendly Staff ! I travel all the way from Maple Heights to get My Son’s teeth serviced here , definitely worth the drive ! Rooms in between patients need to be spot cleaned though
From the receptionist to the dentist we had a wonderful and positive experience!
It's sad to see how this place has changed, I had called to get information about something for my autistic son and the receptionist who attended me sounds rude and not willing to help at all, I didn't pay much attention to that until now that I called again to make an appointment for my other kid who has been there before and we had loved so much how the receptionist and the doctor treat us before but now everyone is kind of rude, i don’t like this new doctor at all, neither the receptionists, they talk to my daughter as if... read more
The office is clean, organized, and very professional. Dr. Al Saad is wonderful with kids and has such a calm, patient approach. My kids are 7 and 3½, and both were engaged the entire visit. The team explained everything they were doing in a kid-friendly way and made the experience fun instead of scary. Both of my kids left talking about their next visit—which says a lot! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, look no further. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received.
