I had 3 investments with this company. All 3 failed to live up to the hype and I lost money on all. Mr. Khosbin presents himself as the expert in real estate, driving flashy cars starring in reality shows and I fell for it much like everyone else who gets fooled by appearances. I do not have an issue with losing money in real estate because there is always risk. What I do find disturbing is how his dealings are not so transparent.
