Not very customer oriented. Called about getting a new key and my ecu programed because I lost my master key lady put me on hold for over 38mins then hung up I called back was put on hold again and hung up on. I ended up calling another shop that didn't put me on hold and helped me right away. Unlike this place they was actually customer oriented...
Carlos was amazing and took the time to get the right key for the most oddball thing. Wasn’t easy but he never gave up and never made me feel like I was a burden. Highly recommend
The price to reprogram a fob whenever you already have the fob and key is $250 to just to program. They charge $100 more than all the local shops around
