I was there for 1 hour and 12 minutes. 3 individuals tried to program a key fob. Unfortunately, they were not able to do it. They said it was a defective key fob they were trying to program. I let them keep the $50 deposit. Hard lesson learned - if you want something done correctly, go the the car dealership!

They did well on my suburban a while back. Called in for my prius... 2 fobs and programming for $250. Well, I had a blank one and took it in. Now it's $250 for one of theirs programmed and 175 for programming this one. So, $425. And only one of theirs. What a racket.
