Bad service, I called to ask what the price to program a remote controller and make a key and they told me $45. When I went to the store they told me $100, I wasted my time because of the misleading information I was given, improve customer service.
I never thought that having a car key made would be such a nightmare, but it was. I spent a month of my time, did entirely too much driving, went through multiple incorrect keys sold by online retailers, and had to deal with a condescending and intensely obdurate manager at the Frederick Lowe's before I finally got it done. Candice is truly the queen of keys. She has more knowledge about keys then anyone I have worked with and she is so helpful and open to share. Truly a great person to do business with.
Chris and his guys know everything about car keys and are super fast. I have worked with this shop many times and always been impressed with there knowledge.
My God am I thankful for this shop and the girls who helped me. They were great! They fixed my bmw X5 up with a new fob. You might think to yourselves big deal, but it was. My key cylinder was tampered with and just spun and did not lock. To fix the cylinder it is going to cost me anywhere from 150 to 200. Thanks to the two girls there, I am now able to lock and unlock, my car safely for now.
