Jeff did a great job helping me with a new key and remote for my Mazda. They didn't have the exact same one so he did some searching, found one and made it work! Even though he was busy he got me taken care of as quickly as he could. Thanks for making the trip up worth it!
I couldn't get keys at the dealer any more--the car is a 2002--and the one key we had was in such poor shape that your technician didn't know how we got it in the ignition and started the car once much less many times!! We also didn't have either remote any more, and I was told ours is a rare unit. I ended up getting two remotes and two keys here. Both remotes work perfectly and both keys are as smooth as if the car was brand new. The only suggestion I have is to either make an appointment or be open to waiting a bit. When I... read more

Candice "Thank U" again for all your Help today. Unfortunately, the Car Dealer gave me a Non-Working Remote when I purchase my Car. Then instead of getting me a New Remote they referred me to some Ex-Employee that "might" be able to assist but, of course at a fee. Not that I didn't put an nice deposit down to make my Car payments Low.
