Anthony was well motivated and very attentive. I am very impressed with his services and would not hesitate to utilize them again should the need arise.
AnnMarie placed a 9 month rental in my unit. There is painting and roof work being done that the tenant claims she was not aware of. The next 2 weeks were a nightmare as the tenant made false claims, threatened a lawsuit and threatened the work crews. AnnMarie maintained a professional, calm attitude toward the issue, coordinated with the condo association and fielded my frustration with poise and even some defusing humor.
