The truth is I write because for me it has been the worst experience when we left a condominium we lived in apartment 261 the key west at the beginning of our stay it was magnificent the management of the previous manager was very good then when it was time to leave everything was screwed with the new people or I don't know if the management in general They complicated everything, we always told them before leaving to know what we should do to leave before the contract was fulfilled, they explained to us that we had to pay a... read more
it's decent for the amount you pay. appreciate that they always try to help and fix things.
They do not care about their tenants what so ever. They will leave you without any A/C In the middle of this Florida heat without a care in the world. It takes months to get new appliances that they only steal from another apartment so it also has issues. I would never recommend anyone to live here and I can’t wait until my lease is up!!!! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE!
This message is for management. My refrigerator stopped working over the weekend and all my groceries in my freezer and fridge spoiled and I would like a full refund.
