I purchased a new furnace and AC from Dave and Cindy in 2019. They were and are very professional and friendly. Explain everything in terms even I can understand. I also purchased a smart thermostat which I love. Yesterday a large branch from our neighbors tree fell on power lines knocking out power in the neighborhood. When power was restored multiple devices in our home did not reconnect to the internet including the smart thermostat. The heating and AC were not affected and continued to work just fine. I have had great experiences with The Key to Comfort. Everything from good annual service to buying a heat pump (and their help learning about it) and a furnace from them. Recently their service went above and beyond. We’re 1,100 miles out of town for over a month and our phone lost connection to our smart thermostat.
