They also helped negotiate the purchase of my new home. Both transactions occurred seamlessly and on the timeline as was presented at the start. What more to say other than outstanding! We used Brandy to get our house sold so we could move out of state and that’s what she did quickly and for more than we thought we would get. From the first conversations she was dialed in and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process and with the area. If we were staying in California we would have used her to buy as well.
