Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience. Bad customer service and bad attitude. The guy (Brian) did not do his job properly. The key he made didn't fit my Honda accord and he said he could not do it at that time because his system was down so he took the key with him promising to do it when the system is up and as of now it is almost 4 weeks and no key. Much less than the dealer! – I purchased a used Mazda6 that only came with one key. I called the Mazda dealer and they wanted $70 for just the key, and then $100 to program it (many cars have a chip in the key to ensure it is the correct key). I called The Key Guys and they offered to do it for a mere $85, including two door keys and a key to do everything. Horrible experience $250 and they made the wrong key – I had a key made, was told after it didnt work that I had to wait for the computer to reset to use it. It didnt work still. I went to the dealer found out it was the wrong key and got one from them. When I called TheKeyGuys back I was informed that the technician was an independent contractor and TheKeyGuys were responsible for nothing.
