We decided to ************ new house built by Imagine Homes for one year while we put our ****** home on the market. The Key Companies were extremely professional and always responded in a timely manner to every single item that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend this company as well as Imagine Homes. The energy conservation is incredible. Our electricity **** is consistently 1/2 of what weve paid in all of our previous homes and the A/C and insulation are amazing. Im never one to leave bad reviews but in this case I absolutely had to do it. I rented through “the key companies” this past year and my experience was awful. First of all, they were very rude about 90% of the time whenever I reached out. I was never late on a payment, but if the money wasn’t there by 1pm on the first they were already calling me. Two ladies came in for a “random check up on the house” and walked in holding their purses as if my husband & I were gonna steal from them. It was the most uncomfortable visit. I f... read more

This woman rented the house saying it was for herself and her daughter. She never lived there. She instead had her daughter and boyfriend living at the house and they had an unauthorized animal that destroyed the window sills, door jams and carpet. They tried to paint the walls half way up with the wrong color of paint. They did not take care of the yard. I am very sorry I rented to them under their false pretenses.
