Rm 310 has a ghost !!!! Heard glass clinking at 4:30am, we were the only guests here...hmmmm
We stayed 4 nights at the Karsten Hotel during the NFL Draft in Green Bay. The owner, Alex, was a wonderful host with whom we spent hours with learning the history of the hotel, which is said to be haunted by 3 friendly ghosts, (unfortunately, we had no interactions with) and touring the lobby, rooms, dining area and beautifully restored bar with the original stained glass fixtures and tile floors! We booked our 2 rooms on expedia.com cost $128 per room per night. Total $256. But was charged $370 on Aug 19 2024. I have made several calls to get this matter taken care, we 1st where told the owner's brother died & someone would get back to us, after 1 month , no refund. Called back again, told it would be taken care of in 2 weeks. After the 2nd month, I called again, they asked for our name, number & proof of our stay again. I gave them all the info. I had a wonderful stay at the Karsten hotel. Alex (the owner) was a wonderful and gracious host. He told us the history of the hotel as well as giving us a tour of the hotel. There were only 6 of us staying at the hotel that night so we got to enjoy Alex most of the evening. If you want to stay at an historical hotel with a haunted history, then this is the place to stay.
