We spent 5 days in Jacksonville for our son's homecoming. I must say we were so lucky to find The Kettle!! We ate breakfast and dinner multiple days. It was the kind of place we been looking for. Great Service...Great Food...We felt welcomed and like being back home. It is a place we will keep visiting when we travel to the South. Thank You for being all we expected!

I consider myself a waffle conniosseur, and have experienced fantastic waffles from sunny South Florida all the way to Las Vegas. The Belgian waffle from Kettle Diner has to be my absolute favorite waffle! The waffle is warm and crunchy in all the right ways and it couples with the butter and delicious syrup perfectly! Any time I'm in Jacksonville, NC, I find myself drawn to this quaint establishment. The service is friendly, and really gives you that down home cookin' feel! Love this place!!
You can always tell how good a diner is by the amount of cars in the parking lot. This parking lot was packed. After I tasted the food I knew why. The food was outrageous!!!!! I will definitely be back again!
