Nice and adorable apartments
Beware if you're renting unit 214. You'll be located right above the garage door opener, and it'll shake the entire unit since the vibration from the motor is transferred right through the hardwood flooring. I didn't notice this when moving in a year ago since I was desperate to find a place and sign as soon as possible due to the ongoing housing shortage in Madison (UW keeps over admitting students they know will drop out). Staff has been so kind and the apartments are amazing and also a very peaceful home to live in🤗
Our stay here has been exceptional. Amanda has made us feel at home from day 1. The staff here are so caring and treat everyone like family. The apartment complex itself is always clean and our apartment appliances are very sturdy and efficient. Living in Middleton is also great, it also helps that the apartment is across the street from an Organic grocery store, plus you are always less than 15 minutes from great restuarants and fun places. We love it here!!!
