My husband and I just toured The Kessler, the apartment homes were lovely. We have a home to sell in South Johnson County and are considering downsizing. Unfortunately, Kelsey, the sales staff member assisting us was very rude and condescending in her manner. We were shocked. We went to another Greystar facility, The Fieldston, in Fairway Kansas and had an entirely different experience. Our representative there was kind, courteous and professional. We have reserved a unit there.
