There was a flood in the common areas in November. They have been "fixing it " for 5 months! Paying exorbitant rent for the amenities that are not available and management has done nothing to make up for it. Now the onsite office will be under construction so of course there is no person there to handle any issues. Was a great building, now its a dump.
Beautiful place to live....
I am a very, very new resident here, but already I love it here. The staff is excellent and very caring, the residents are very friendly and welcoming and helpful, and the apartment building and the grounds are lovely and clean. I feel extremely lucky to be living here. Wonderful community, lovely staff and charming place.
