Been living here for a little over 2 months now. So far everything has been great. The onsite property managers and the maintenance team are super friendly and helpful. The location is great and the units are modern and nice. Definitely happy with my decision!
I really enjoy living in the Kent! The most important things to me about where I live is that it is clean and I feel safe. The Kent definitely checks both of those boxes. Other things I really enjoy about living here are my apartment has a really lovely view. It is a great location in a cute neighborhood! It is a dog friendly apartment and I get to make furry friends often.. The community in the building feels special including friendly residents, property managers, maintenance and housekeeping!
Our move to the Kent was seamless, and living here has been an excellent experience so far. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and consistently clean. Carrie and the staff have been exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself is wonderful, and the covered parking has been especially appreciated during recent weather. I would highly recommend living here.
I have been living at the Kent for 2 years and have had an excellent experience in the building. My unit is really nice and has great appliances, the gym is always very clean and the machines are top notch, and the patio was just upgraded and looks amazing! I have been here only a week and have enjoyed my time thus far. The building managers are attentive and ensure I am taken care of. They ensured I had a seamless move and have provided assistance/ recommendations around the neighborhood. I would strongly recommend residing in the Kent if you have the option.
