Our room was outdated. Could have been cleaner, not positive they switched the sheets out, random hairs all over, and the toothpaste splatter all over the bathroom sink/mirror. The beds and pillows were also uncomfortable. Okay, for a single night stay, but I wouldn't book again. The area is also a bit congested but felt like a safe area. There is a mall located behind the hotel and plenty of restaurant options.
Very nice for the price
I regularly choose this hotel for my stays due to the hospitality of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. However, during my recent booking for Christmas, which is today, I encountered less than satisfactory interactions with a couple of staff members. I love this place its not perfect but perfect for me sadly the pool area is needs of repairs and more renovations needed to be the place it deserves to be im sure the owners are working on it. Clean rooms great location for shopping and food
When checking in they offer a complimentary glass of champagne, which is lovely. And the lobby looks great. However, the room was much, much less great. The shower, sink, and temperature control in the room failed to function properly, making the stay quite unpleasant. 1. Tub/shower- out of 3 showers I took during this stay, only 1 was hot.
