Attended a business conference held at The Kensington and it was a wonderful experience all around. Every single person from the check in staff to the cleaning staff were friendly and cheerful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, plus some! William was especially kind and enthusiastic and remembered us every time we walked in! We felt very appreciated as patrons.
My stay at the Kensington was great! Everything was clean! And quiet! Everyone greeted us as we would pass by, and William was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!
