don’t move here ): while the building is beautiful they have shut off the water 6 times this month and few of them were without notice. & no hot water for at least a week out of this month. and then got scolded by the maintenance for calling on a weekend because i had no hot water. Also maintenance mows the lawn every monday at 7 am with no consideration for the people sleeping, they’re always throwing things and yelling to each other as well as the sound of the mower.
showed up the Kesingston apartment building and was looking for the leasing office. couldn’t find one so i called them to get some help. AJ answered and told me he could be here in 5-10 min and if i could wait, told him yes i would be in my car and to just let me know when he was here. 30 mins passed by and there were no signs of him so i called their office again and spoke to Brenda. she told me he was in a showing and that my appointment fell through the cracks. ended up telling her i’m no longer interested and left. right... read more

The apartment common area is riddled with cockroaches during the summer, the washing machines are not maintained so you end up having run the dryers copious amounts of times to leave with dry clothes, the apartments are single paned windowed meaning your power bill will be so high from running the AC in the summer just to keep cool from the heat, PLUS the heaters run extremely high in the winter and you have no control over the heat.
