"Historical" is code word for run-down. Pre-ww2 plumbing, prepare to freeze all winter when the pipes freeze up. Andrea, building manager gave permission to paint bedroom and STOLE security deposit citing it was done without permission. Rentor/Buyer beware building is a POS!
