The welcoming atmosphere at The Kennedy firm is unbelieveable. My wife and I recently came to Jacob Mathis at the Kennedy Law firm after a bad experience with a lawyer in Kentucky. Mr. Mathis is very professional and quick to understand the issues presented to him. At a court hearing he was quick disqualify the testimony of an opposing witness. Mr. Mathis will be a great trial lawyer if not already. He is totally committed to his clients. I give the Kennedy firm a 10.
The Kennedy Law Firm is not only a warm and inviting atmosphere, but the lawyers are truly knowledgeable and offer great assistance to all of their clients. The lawyers offer great work and work under hard time crunches just to ensure that all of their clients get the proper treatment that they deserve. I have enjoyed all of my experiences with the law firm, and I am glad that there is a law firm in town that truly cares!
Throughout my entire life I have never been to a place that was as welcoming and helpful as The Kennedy Law Firm. Every time I went there was a great experience and they made what was a very low moment in my life a positive experience in the end. I am very grateful for everything they did for me from handling my late appointments to responding to every call I made. A++ I would recommend this firm to anyone who asks and if I am ever in need of an attorney again I know exactly where to turn!
this law firm is a joke. the attorney that was used during a divorce, not only was an idoit (bc he didnt know the TN state laws at all aparently), but also filed falsified documents. they are now being sued by my lawyer for filing papers that were changed after i had signed them and forging my signature on the new documents. NOTE TO EVERYONE: DONT USE THIS LAWFIRM UNLESS YOU WANT CRIMINALS WORKING FOR YOU!!
My family and I have had a relationship with the Kennedy Law Firm for over 20 years. I have used them, my daughter and most recently my son. We have used them for small things such as wills and also when we had a situation come up where we thought we were going to be sued and lose everything. We got some great advice and all slept better after talking with them. They are really the kind of people who will stand with you and beside you. I will always recommend them.
I had a serious car wreck where someone had run head on into me and I really thought I was going to die. However, I lived and went to see Kevin Kennedy. I had personally never met him before but had heard of him. He and his secretary, who was very sweet, helped me get all my medical bills together. They helped me receive the maximum amount of the insurance that the guilty party had and we never had to go to court. My family could not have been better served. We love Kevin and the whole firm.
I used Kevin Kennedy for my personal injury accident. He was on top of it every step of the way. The man is not only full of energy but he is a very diligent attorney. I couldnt believe how fast he resolved everything for me. I will definitely use him again if I ever need any other legal services.

My daughter had attended their Court of Creativity and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. I am so glad I did use them. They were very nice and professional. My suit was settled quickly and I got a really good settlement. If you have a personal injury case, I would suggest using them anyday.
