I had a full knee replacement in 2022 by Dr. Bingham. He had a wonderful bedside manner. I was up and because of good exercise was able to get up and down stairs, and drive in 2 weeks.
The doctor is great
I have been treated for knee problems since 1999. Dr Tsai is the best thing to ever happen to me. I have never had any problems from any of my surgeries, not so much as a missed stitch. I have read some of the reviews and can't believe what I'm seeing. He may not have the bedside manner that these people expected, but he is one hell of a surgeon. After four scopes and two full replacements, I wouldn't go to anyplace else
My experience with the Kennedy Center, specifically Dr. McLaughlin is if you don't mind being treated like a number and a cash hound, you will be good. I had a total knee replacement 5 months ago so I am/was an actual patient. I I will not be going back to this clinic again.
1 star feels pretty gracious. Earlier this summer my son fell off his bike and fractured his right wrist. My husband took him in to have a cast put on and was very upset by the condescending remarks made and cold bedside manner of Dr. Tsai. The first cast (red) was put on incorrectly, the cotton was put on under the stockinette and started to fall apart before they arrived home, along with no padding around hand was very uncomfortable and pinched his skin.
