It's a building with a parking garage. You probably walk by the building and not know the name or why "Kennedy". I don't. I'm assuming for the Real Estate company? Or it's the second iteration, of one on the Ave in the before times. My dentist is in this building. Great dental clinic with friendly folks. Brush Dental. Approaching from the north, it is complicated to park, you have to drive down to 43rd and then go west and then north on a narrow street that should be a one way but isn't. NOT SAFE. NOT SAFE. It is NOT SAFE TO live here. There is a man who will attack you and try to follow you to your apartment. When management was provided with a video of him they claimed they don't know who he is and they aren't going to investigate. He attacked another resident in a CHOKEHOLD AND WAS CAUGHT ON VIDEO NOTHING DONE. No security cameras to verift who he is but DO NOT MOVE IN. NOT SAFE
We lived here for 4 months while trying to buy a house. Numerous times the fire alarm would beep and they'd send a tech out to turn it off for an hour, then it would start up again. I had to call off sick to work twice as i could not sleep, nor could my wife or child, with incessant beeping throughout the night. They messed up our final bill and over-refunded us, then sent a utility bill to collections for a time period well after we moved out and we had cancelled our utilities.
