Very disappointed with the communication and customer service. It was extremely difficult to get a clear response or speak directly with management when there was an issue. Members deserve respectful, timely, and professional communication. I hope Keller Pointe improves the way it communicates with members and handles concerns in the future.
Lots of fun for kids of all ages.
I was so dissapointed in my visit today, yes the price is good and I suppose you get what you pay for but Id suggest spending the extra few dollars to go somewhere with clean proper equipment. The little kid splash pad is rusted more than half of it didn't work, sprayers around the facilty either had no pressure or broken. The ground is coming apart everywhere the facility is so nasty trash on the chairs thw floor and some in the water. I will say the front desk staff was so sweet however the life gaurds were snobby.
