Very nice facility and staff. Much less expensive than comparable private clubs. My only complaints are: (1) Lockers are pretty bad. Half of them don't work and they have a weird interior shape and very sharp edges -- I have cut myself on them several times. There must be better lockers than these they can get. (2) Several of the TVs don't work. (3) Men's bathroom is often out of soap.
My credit card expired and they reportede to a credit agency. Classy move.
The Keller Pointe is an AMAZING gym! We are new to town and just happened to stumble across it on one of our walks. The price point can't be beat. The staff has been amazing and it is nice to always be greeted like you belong. I try to hit the not so popular time slots so that it is not crowded. I have had no trouble moving from machine to machine without having to wait. Their machines are definitely the best maintained of any gym that I have seen and a lot of them are new. Had a bday party here over the summer and it was rather disorganized. When time for party, we went to the room but a lifeguard outside of the room said that the only party room was in the front. So we walk all the way to the front where a party was already happening. So we ask the guy in the front desk where we needed to be 5 minutes into our room time. They send us back to the room we originally were at. The hosts didnt have a lighter so we had to scramble to find one, going out to their cars wasting even more of our party ... read more
Management is absent and there is no communication. New equipment just installed that no one likes. Place is a ghost town. Shameful
