Service is slow, Dirty, room service is in a box soup is in a plastic bowl. Nasty Watch Gordon Ramsey you will learn a lot.
Overall a great stay. Carolina and the rest of the staff was very helpful with any requests and also very attentive to any questions/concerns I had. I would definitely visit again. Highly recommend
I loved the room. It was spacious and unique. The oversized windows are one-of-a-kind and the views of San Diego architecture special. You can't beat the location and access to food and convenience stores. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I visit San Diego.
Should’ve listened to Gordon, the fact u guys put the “🤯” Emoji on ppl talking abt it is absolutely insane and insanely disrespectful, u did not care about Gordon or him trying to help u become a successful business, u immediately went back to ur stuck up ways. I took note how u quickly repainted the lobby back to red, u basically wasted Gordon’s time. “This is is a hotel for me, not for guests” is what u basically said in the episode. if u want to succeed, listen to Gordon and change.
