I approached Kayla as a buyer representing myself, on one of her listings. I provided my pre-approval letter by email to demonstrate solvency, and still, she wanted me to sign a Buyer rep. agreement to be able to show me the house. She justified this because she does not want to be blind-sided. Obviously, she doesn't understand that the Seller Rep agreement protects her commission, or, she is discriminating against self-represented buyers, which is illegal in Florida. No, I do not recommend her.
Kayla was a fabulous partner with us throughout the selling of our home in Dunedin. She made excellent recommendations for home upgrades, updated us on current market trends, and provided gorgeous professional photos, videos and drone videos to showcase our home. Kayla truly had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. She went out of her way on several occasions to ensure we could get the condo of our dreams.
