Steer clear of this place. They will sell you on luxury when it's anything but luxury. The buildings are falling down and the management is useless. There is trash everywhere, not to mention, a huge rat infestation. If you walk at night beware of huge rats running all over the place. If a resident moves out they essentially put lipstick on a pig to make it look like a gem. It's far from a gem. ********BE WARE*********** As a former tenant of The Kathryn "luxury apartments," I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their handling of a fire incident in my neighbor's apartment. Although the fire did not directly affect my unit, the smoke and water damage rendered it uninhabitable. Unfortunately, there was no apartment manager on site at the time, and the only available agent, Sierra, was not helpful. Maintenance would not assist me in any way.
