I am glad for others who have had positive experiences with The Kaszyca Team, but our experience with this team has been very up & down throughout our buying & selling process. We recently closed on our houses (sold one, bought another). Every contract we signed listed 3% commission to our agent. Due to some kind of error, our agent got 3.5% from us, and she has now gone radio silent when I'm trying to reach out to her about it, and figure out how to get that money back. We recently used Katie with the Kaszyca Team to purchase a home in Canal Fulton and had a great experience! Katie was always available to answer our many questions and walked us through the home buying process with patience and ease. Our purchase was complicated because we were moving from out of state and had to sell a home in our previous state. Katie navigated the whole situation so effortlessly and was able to get us into our new home a week early! If you're looking to purchase a home, I would highly recommend Katie!
