I took a chainsaw in for repair and was left a message that the repair was done and had been submitted for warranty to Stihl. When I talked to Stihl days later I was advised no warranty request had been submitted and they would not release the $30 repair to me unless I paid. Only Ace can submit a warranty request so I am out of luck. Was given information by Ace that Stihl told me was not true.
RecommendedEverything. Especially the most beautiful Bermuda grass in the Valley! The most helpful people are working this store. So much FUN to shop.

The best ace hardware store in Arizona…
Karsten’s has been my go to place since I moved here. They went over and above recently. I started hay delivery instead of picking up and we got our days mixed up. I wasn’t at home and they put my horses up, came in and found the hay storage and unloaded. Locked the gate back and turned the horses back out. Everything was perfect, these are true dedicated horse people.

Ace is not a good thing about them and they have been a long time ago would not be able to work at a place.
