Steve and his team were fantastic to work with. I reached out Karl Chevrolet after another local Chevy dealer completely wasted my time and showed no interest in helping with my search. Steve couldn’t have been any different. It was a friendly and efficient process start to finish, I highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re in the market for a new Chevrolet vehicle.
They had the exact used Suburban I was looking for and made it worth my while to hike down 3+ hrs from Southern NH to pick it up. I dealt with Robert, who was very responsive as we nailed down all of the details on pricing, my trade-in, and financing via email, and then I was in and out in ~45 min once we came to an agreement. He even threw on new front tires without me asking, which was great. Totally happy with the whole process, start to finish. I’d consider going to them again next time I need a car, despite the distance
