Karen Rollings sold my condo in record time. Her team organized all the work needed to be done to get the place ready for sale: painting, a new appliance, new carpeting, and a new bathroom floor. Team members were always immediately avaible by phone.
Karen Rollings (eXp Realty) listed a Leisure World home *today* but her listing photo showed the *garage* from one vacant address with the *house* at the occupied address next door. She then put the realtor lockbox on the occupied home instead of on the vacant home. I'm not listing personal addresses – no need to dox an innocent resident – but I'm sure any competent realtor can figure it out.
