My boyfriend and I had an awful experience here. Do not even think about coming here !! We walked in and were met with disgusted and judgmental looks and a greeter who basically didn’t “greet” us but just asked what we wanted. We told her what we were looking for regarding my engagement ring and she was super judgmental to the fact I wanted an emerald cut ring with a halo… that’s not a crazy thing to look for. Love the staff and how quickly they can get my repairs done.
Giving two stars as the clerk who greeted us was polite and friendly. We were asking questions about an inherited piece of jewelry. She approached the owner who barely gave the item a sideways glance and immediately dismissed us. We have no issue with the value of the piece but with the way he appeared to not want to do business with us.
