I came here to get my ring resized. Devin was super helpful, kind and made the experience great. He showed me pieces that I was looking at for my fiancé & brought out a whole catalog of options. I have known about Karat Patch for a while and have heard good things, so I felt comfortable giving them my ring. Going in, having a good experience, and getting my ring back so clean, shiny, and quick made it amazing! Will definitely come back if I need anything in the future. Thank you!
The best customer service
Came in to get my watch length fixed, and the girls up front were so helpful and kind. Annie made sure the service I received was super quick and cost efficient. Will be returning here to buy jewelry in the future!!
