I have used Sean and his team twice. Both times they were very professional and helpful at all stages of the loans. They keep in constant communication throughout. You do not have to call them for updates as you will receive updates almost twice a week be it a phone call or email. Using the Kaplan Team is by far the easiest process of purchasing a home. Only hard part is finding a home to purchase.
Shawn and Shawn's team made our process of buying a home very smooth. Everyone was very helpful every time i had a question. i would recommend the Kaplan team.
