Hands down the best eyebrow shaping experience of my life. I explained to the esthetician that I like to have my brows a bit on the thicker side but nicely shaped and I've never been more satisfied. Would def recommend!
Bought a Groupon and was very excited to try this place out for a massage and facial, however when I called to make an appointment, the second I mentioned I had a groupon, they said they were all booked up for at least the next 10 days. I called 4 times trying to get an appointment before my groupons expired and every time they were booked. If you don’t want to service groupon users, then don’t put an offer up on the groupon site.
Scheduled and already paid for an eyebrow shaping session before going out of state. Aesthetician messaged and needed to reschedule which is fine, so we rescheduled. Office staff then contacted me saying we have to reschedule again but I clarified I confirmed with aesthician already, said great never mind sorry. Then got two emails to reschedule again after that. Just went back to Michelle to get a lash lift and tint done and I absolutely love it! I would definitely recommend getting this done for anyone like me who finds it a hassle to put on makeup daily. It makes it look like I'm wearing makeup all the time and the esthetician Michelle does such a great job! My friends and family who I recommended also love their results!
