Sydney was amazing. She explained everything to me thoroughly and truly made me feel comfortable. I had a friend who lived at the Kahn for two years and recommended I move there, but I was hesitant because of things I noticed when visiting, like the fire alarm being pulled often and some concerning tenant behavior. Sydney addressed those concerns directly and made me feel reassured. She was a gem to work with. What was disappointing, though, was how the application process played out. Darnell from maintenance is the best!! As soon as I put a request in, he is here the next day and takes care of things promptly and efficiently. It has been a very smooth transition to living in the Midwest living at the Kahn!
I was a delivery driver for this building during the early stages when they first were in construction, all of the construction workers are so nice in the building looked in so beautiful! I was only in the mail room, but wow, even the mail room was amazing. The technology and all of the space for all of the packages is outstanding. Amazing Detroit architecture. 10!
