This was by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had, and I would never recommend this complex based on my experience. First, when I initially moved in, I specifically asked about getting a garage. I was told there was no waiting list and that I basically needed to get to know my neighbors, find out when a garage became available, and then let the office know. I’ve been living here almost a year now. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. These used to be decent apartments, now they are overrun, SUPER GHETTO, the giant dumpster in the back has broken mattresses, TV’s, and broken items/trash all around it. How hard is it to put things in the dumpster? There is mildew and mold all in my apartment and I have a bug infestation. Maintenance doesn’t help at all. The service request has not been completed. To my knowledge based on the information provided, the order was scheduled to be completed on August 8, but the maintenance guy sadly did not fix our problem as I requested and was hopeful to see done. Instead, a survey to rate the completion of work was emailed to me despite there being no proof of it being executed by the proposed date. They are amazing company. They do excellent great work of hosting events out and they also have amazing amenities and they have the high top notch equipment for surveillance cameras during out the complex and the valet trash is OK but the pest control is amazing and the reps that you need to see Isaiah Vaughn & Yazmin Turrubiartes
