My experience with this real estate agent was fairly good. They were knowledgeable and showed me several properties that matched my requirements. I appreciated their effort in explaining market trends and assisting during negotiations. However, communication was sometimes delayed, which made the process slightly slower than expected. I went to view a 2/1 property yesterday and I was not impressed by the presentation of the property nor the realtors. For the price of the property $1400 a month , bad paint job from the front door to the walls and baseboard of the apartment. The bathroom tub and walls were just painted over badly. The baseboards was half painted. The apartment was recently bombed for insects the Realty company didn’t have the decency to go and clean up after the bombing, It was roaches & spiders everywhere. Still waiting on someone to contact me about all the issues going on. I’ve called, texted, emailed and even showed up there and Brendan said someone will contact me, it’s been about a week and I ALWAYS pay early and have let several things slide.
