I own a rental property and my tenants are individuals with special needs. On the Labor Day holiday in 2015, the a/c went out and it was 90 degrees outside. I called K Company and within an hour their service person was there and the a/c repaired! Their professionalism and efficiency was outstanding. Most companies would not have a repair person on call on a national holiday and I certainly don't think you can find that kind of response time with other companies. Well done K Company!!!
