Without going into great detail, from my personal experience, I would not trust this team. I have heard the same from a few other people in the Athens area.
Justin and his staff were extremely helpful and did an awesome job selling our house. After trying to sell our house 2 years ago with a different company, we talked with Justin about selling our house. Not only did he sell it, but he also got our full asking price!! Love this team!!!
It was a pleasure working with the Justin Woodall group. Emily, Michael, and Justin communicate well and are very thorough. I particularly appreciated the fact that I could reach someone via phone and email very easily. As a first-time seller, I had a lot of questions so availability and patience was very important to me in an agency. They were great in both areas. I definitely recommend working with this group.
