I was able to schedule on a fairly short notice, Ben and James were very personable and professional. When I got to the house, there was no key in the lock box and because we were the last stop, he was able to hang tight for a little bit and wait for a key to arrive. Thanks so much, we really appreciate the flexibility and service!!!
They are really good but they never gave me communication on the items I donated or were not good, some items were recyclable but others they could have used at a charitable place no communication as stated
