I have never in my life heard a customer be spoken to like a lady was spoken to here. The lady used the restroom and you would have thought she committed murder. First off the bathroom door was standing open and the sign to let the public know it was not to be used was on the front of the door "not visible" to the public. All that had to be said was that she should not be using it. She apologized and offered to clean the restroom for the man but NO he had to make a scene and speak to her like she wasn't a human being.
