Horrible customer service!!!! DO NOT recommend! I traveled from Hillsborough to Raleigh 3 times (initial color consult, full foil and toner correction) and still have yellow hair. I was charged for the corrective toner even though I scheduled my appointment within the two week color guaranteed period. They have beautiful pictures on their website but that is not what you will leave with. I have now spent over $500, including tip and parking, and yet still have horrible brassy hair. Horrible experience. Moved here from FL and needed a new colorist. What ever you do, dont go to the Junction for coloring! My hair turned out mousey musty color instead of the beautiful blonde I had from my FL stylist of 17 years. I even gave the stylist from the Junction the Horrible experience. If you want coloring choose another salon! Totally ruined my hair even when I gave her the formula from my previous salon from another state. Looked NOTHING like the pics I showed her.
