My initial crown filling fell out after two days and now after placement that first crown is wobbly. The second crown I should be receiving was not a right fit at my initial appointment so I had to reschedule. The day comes and this office canceled my appointment three hours beforehand. Now calling to get my appointment rescheduled for the third time and no one from “the scheduling department” is picking up. Don’t waste your time with this place. What is the point of scheduling someone for a time if you’re not gonna honor it. Mind you I came in before everyone than these people decided to call everyone but me. I literally skipped work for this I’m beyond upset but it is what it is. The lack of professionalism is a sign of disrespect if I can show up at the time of my appointment the least they could do is call on me even 30 minutes after.
I went to this dentist for a cleaning and I definitely wouldn’t recommend. The thirst to make you pay out of pocket when having Medicaid reach to the sky with them. I waited an hour just from them to tell me what problems they can fix if they run my credit. When I came for a cleaning. Then financial assistance said they don’t do cleaning which why are you a dentist if you don’t do cleaning. Don’t go! Honestly, this place is not worth it. I’m almost 100% sure it’s just an insurance grab. I went in for a teeth cleaning, and it lasted maybe two minutes — and that’s me being generous. My teeth didn’t feel clean at all. They scraped for about 30 seconds, barely brushed my teeth, had me rinse with Listerine, and that was the entire visit. It felt extremely unprofessional.
