RecommendedHave gone a couple of times now. Only complaint i have is watch your older kids. They just run over the younger kids push them off slides and no parent to correct it. But I follow my child so I will get onto kids like this. Other than that's great place for kids to hang together make friends and not to expensive like some places can be.😀
My granddaughter loves coming here! We did have a very close call due to someone leaving a hard plastic chair next to the bouncy clown entrance. As she exited, she came sliding out and her face hit the chair, missing her eye, but got her cheek pretty good. We got an icepack but she had a big bruise on her cheek for a week. Very dangerous to have hard plastic chairs near or in those areas where the kids come sliding out. I really enjoy bringing my daughter to the Kyle location. We are from Austin and my daughter loves it!! The staff is so friendly, caring, and top notch. I can’t say enough great things. Give them a raise!! Just kidding, but no really! Look forward to bringing my daughter again soon.

We had my daughters birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. They helped us set up and get everything ready. They made sure that all our needs were met and all the kiddos had a blast. I would highly recommend having a party at the Jumpy Place!🐸

We had a great experience today at your back to school bash. we went to your kyle location. my 4 year old already started school in Lockhart so we came later in the day. your staff was walking around cleaning & helped get my daughter out of inflatable when time to go as I had my hands full holding an infant. it was an amazing deal today. I had to tear my child away - she didn’t want to leave.

We attended a birthday party here for a 4 year old today. We expected there to be a little more attention in the way of supervision from business staff, at least with some focus on safety. There was none. Also, there was no help from the staff working at that time in helping with the birthday party in any way. And yet, when paying for their services, there’s an option to tip the staff?! For what?
