We absolutely love living at The Julia. The team is amazing. The community is well maintained and peaceful. Troy from the maintenance team is incredible. He’s always personable, patient, and takes care of any maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Alex is also fantastic. He’s super responsive and always willing to help with anything that comes up. We really appreciate the recent updates, especially the new coffee machine. While apartment searching for my first one-bedroom apartment, The communication from the leasing agent, Will, was spectacular. I toured the three buildings with my family initially looking only at Lucille. After getting a detailed overview of the buildings and their individual amenities, I was given specific unit options for my move-in date and budget. The whole process was very seamless, Will was incredibly knowledgable of every building and the overall experience is what led to me submitting my application at The Julia!
I don’t have enough GREAT things to say about this place!! The Julia graciously allowed me to use their rooftop to propose to my gf and the communication with staff was quick and readily accessible. This building is beautiful and the rooftop views are my favorite among anywhere in the state. A lot of great bars / restaurants nearby as well! Highly recommend the Julia!
Have loved my time at the Julia and will be so sad to leave this place! Management is always super helpful and responsive to issues (very easy to get ahold of), maintenance people are super helpful, units are amazing, rooftop is such a nice place to hang out in the summer, and in such a good location! Truly can’t think of a bad thing to say about this apartment or the solhelm community!
