We’ve always loved The Juicery and regularly pick up food for our family. We appreciate the quality and service, which is why we consistently show our support by tipping. Unfortunately, this particular location felt very different. Normally the stuff is pretty friendly, but today not sure what happened and they didn't have my order ready from 12:10 and I pick it up almost at 1. I’ve been a loyal customer at this juicery location for years—visiting about three times a week—so it’s disappointing to feel the need to leave this review. Unfortunately, the experience has noticeably declined, particularly with the newer employees. Customer service has become consistently poor. There’s little to no greeting when walking in, and the overall attitude often feels off-putting and unwelcoming.
