Joy Luck is one of the most valuable assets to the Louisville dining scene. Higher end than just about any Chinese restaurant most of us are accustomed to, it offers very fresh tasting ingredients and creatively nuanced cuisine.
Great food, excellent cocktails. The best service ever!
We walked in and sat there for 15 minutes as we watched 3 different servers walk by 8 separate times. Noone even made eye contact with us. It was a joke, and we will not being returning...
Joy Luck is always the first restaurant I suggest when people are looking for flavorful dishes! I've never been a fan of Asian food, probably because it's mostly Americanized here, but this restaurant is surprisingly different. So many options, so many flavors!
